Spoke to Shane about a warranty repair who was absolutely lovely. Had to ring the office however and the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Continuously spoke ove the top of me and did not want to assist. She told me I was yelling and swearing which I was not. I hope it was recorded so they can hear her attitude. I can only assume that she must be related because she had no customer service skills and as I said the rudest person I have ever dealt with. A simple I will get him to call you today would have solved the problem. Rang the warranty people and got them to change to a different service provider. Will never recommend or deal with them again and all because of the receptionist.
Very helpful, informative and tech savvy company. They helped me understand that many electronic units can have the same model but be different versions and the wrong version part can destroy the electronics. My previous spare parts supplier was reluctant to be of any help. I feel im in good hands and happy to do business with them in the future
Have to agree with all the other negative reviews before me.
Took an appliance their for repair. The technician told me what was wrong with the appliance before I had said anything. After a fortnight I got the apliance back to find the original issue was still there. I returned the unit, and that is when I recieved the full force of the the rudest receptionist I have ever encounted.
A fortnight later I was informed the appliance was ready to be picked up. A total waste of $200.00 plus. I have purchased a new appliance. Save your money pick another shop
No idea where all the negative reviews are coming from.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a certified Pioneer repair store that wasn't over an hour away. Gave these guys a call and was told how to go about the repair. Headed in later that day and was able to hand over my equipment and be on my way in a few minutes time.
