I was recently at the office to organise a transfer of registration. The setup is fairly straightforward, upon entering there is a ticket machine that would prompt the reason for your visit and allocate a ticket number closest to what your enquiry is. In addition to this, they also have a staff readily available near the entrance to guide you with your enquiry or they also have a number of the standard applications available for you to simply pick up and go rather than waiting if that is something you wanted to do. I found the wait to be less than a few minutes, in fact as soon as I just got comfortable thinking this will be a lengthy wait due to the number of people at the site, my number was called. Prompt service, great customer service with the person I dealt with couldnt complain with their professionalism
