I had a very bad experience with this company. Take care when dealing with them on this kind of thing. Karen the agent told me when I inspected the unit that the ducted air conditioning in the unit would provide warm air but it didn't. To cut a long story short, after I broke lease due to it, she charged me for all the weeks after I left until a new tenant was was found, several hundred dollars. I had previously rung her about it asking not to pay more rent, to which she said only that I don't have to pay the break lease and that I have to give two weeks warning to move out. She wouldn't let me advertise for a new tenant or show people the unit, and she took forever to advertise herself. Then she wouldnt offer me compensation. She tried to tell me my unit was unacceptable for viewing. But it was fine and clean, and anyway I could make it perfect on the day potential tenants arrive, as tenants do in break leases.
