Highly disappointing experience. We were planning to have the ring remade in platinum and upon unsetting the ring the centre stone turned out to be very poorly cut and damaged and in their opinion, and that of an independent valuer (member of the GAA), the ring wasn't worth anywhere near what we had paid or the valuation we were provided with at the point of purchase.
