I came in here last week to do some last minute scripts and Xmas shopping. Well! , rude, Blount and not to mention extremely inappropriate in how one of the chemists speaks to his staff, I will not be returning after what I heard! All I can say is keep ur work at work and ur personal remarks and life at home! I think I could have recived better sevice from chemist warehouse!

Do not go here to have stat decks signed. The pharmacist just ignored me for half an hour. I understand scripts are more important but they had no backlog, there was a script coming in every 5 minutes so they could have easily spent 30 seconds signing my stat dec. Holding $30 worth of wrapping/cards to purchase made no difference. I am a CPA and have to sign others decs all the time and I'd never waste someone's time like that.

Excellent customer service. Pharmacist spent a lot of time with me and was very patient. Pharmacy staff were friendly and gave me some good tips on the products. Shop was open late, a Godsend for us! Would come back the next time I am in Victoria.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for a long time as i work in Docklands, and have always found them to be very helpful and friendly with anything i have ever needed.

Not even worth a star changed staff closed the pharmacy at 12:30 instead of closing at 1 on Sat and the fact staff is answering the call if you call.
