Very great customer service. I walked into this store knowing nothing about samsonite luggage and walked out with full confidence in my new purchase. The staff know their product really well, are very patient and helpful. They always seem to have ongoing sales here, - since I've purchased my luggage, I've never seen it go back to the retail price.
