Made ongoing unanswered phone calls to finally make booking. Booked Saturday afternoon for the next 12 weeks.
As it was my daughter's first time the hole family attended to find out they didn't make the booking. They told us to wait while they consolted the boss.... No one bothered to return. We waited in the cold before deciding to leave. Far from professional and wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!
I took my daughter for a 1 day holiday program. We brought our own pony hoping to get a fresh perspective. The inexperienced instructors has no lesson plan and started 30 min late.
I'm just glad to say I stayed there for the whole day because after lunch (a meat pie & glass of coke) the other class of 6 kids aged 6-12 were left unattended with their horses while their instructor had a 30 min meeting with the management & emails to read so I watched the group instead of my own daughter. ...read more
Hi Everyone!
i thought i should share my experience to help other people avoid the trouble.
I kept my horse there for around 2 months but before that had been doing lessons there for around 4 months. The place was absolutely horrible. The only reason i stuck around was because of the horses well beings. The school horses are not treated correctly, they don't get rugged or feed the proper amounts. Their saddles don't fit correctly. I cannot recall the last time one of the school horses was treated by a vet, farrier or dentist. If you want your children to learn in a safe environment it isn't this place, the instructors none have had training to be an instructor. They have no guidance. The management is rude and had no respect for my wishes, i asked several things to do with my horse. Ignored most, making my horse dangerous to me and my mother. If you want to agist or ride somewhere where you want to feel safe, don't go here. AVOID!
