Had a new wall gas fire installed after they decomissioned the old fire. This involved changes to the stud work and cutting bricks to accommodate the new flu. All work was conducted to a very high standard and the technicians cleaned up before departure. I had not been looking forward to this job but, in the event, I am extremely pleased with the standard of work and the quality of the product. A very professional company and one I would heartily recommend.

Absolute pleasure dealing with these guys. Called them with a problem with a gas appliance that needed to be fixed urgently ready for us to move into our house that week. No one could get out to us that soon, but instead of leaving us to find someone else ourselves, they put us in touch with a great guy who came straight out and solved our problem. Really appreciated their willigness to go above and beyond. Great service!
Deceitful quote saying "Quote based on one visit" . We found out later that visit meaning the work visit not quote visit. Technician came on site and installed the fireplace ok and mentioned that the masking frame will be attached by him after plaster installed . After plaster was installed we called to have the installation finished. Chris the owner told us to pay another 165 dollars or to DIY.We already paid 670 dollars for work done. Also bullying and aggressive on the phone as the outstanding 100 $ were not paid as the work was incomplete as stated by the installing technician on the invoice. Was threatening to remove the gas pipe that was installed . Do not trust this guy. We are extremely unhappy with his manners and his customer service. All the statements on his website are false.
