Damien was very detailed in his report which definitely helped me make an informed decision and influenced the price I paid. Ended up negotiating with the owners on the basis of some rising damp (which I couldn't even see) and some structural issue that were confirmed by Damien with the old small extension. Since then I've had some minor renovations done which I afforded due to the negotiated purchase price. Very helpful and a good result for all.
