Eldly staff are very rude. The one who served my father was snappy and consitly eye rolled my dad while placing the sale through. He reminder to scan an item which she then forgot and had to do another transaction and yelled at him when he taking his card out to slow to pay. Then I was rudly yell at across another counter by another eldly staff about a product which was not mine nor did I know what she talikng about. I told her I don't know and its not mine she kept yelling ans snapping at me. I then said The item is not mine and I have nothing to do with it. She then turn to the customer she serving and said I was rude. Which she was very unprofessional yelling at a customer on amtter before finalising her sale with another customer then walking over to as k me if the good was mine first before assumming , yelling and insulting me. Like the rival Peters of Kensington, Victoria's Basement is a treasure trove of kitchen gadgets, crockery, cutlery and other homewares. It's expensive, and it's easy to overspend on items that look amazing, but are overspecced for what you actually need in the home. This store is very well located for craft beer lovers, opposite the amazing Beer Cartel.

Hi I am also very dissapointed as they have great products and some are Hugely Inflated in Price to make out you saved but if you did the research not all savings are correct and Not all is correct as to what is Advertised as you see below.
