As messy bars go, this is one of the messiest. The whole place just smells like a messy night gone very, very wrong. Even at lunch time on a Friday the Vic doesn't look respectable. Decent lunch menu, but the Victory should be reserved exclusively for those who want to get very drunk for reasonably cheap.
For me - the Vic has lost a lot of it's charm that I enjoyed for the past few years. I used to go everything Thursday and Friday night for karaoke but have found since then that the establishment has gotten a bit grimey and less appealing. They do have really good drink specials, especially on Saturday nights and the night club section up the top plays pretty good music. It's also very spacious. You can't go past the accoustic singer out the back though - that's something that I'll always go back for.

The meals and dining specials here stole my heart! I give this venue 5 stars just for the lunch menu and I havent even checked it out in the evenings yet but I definately will be soon!

Great on a Thursday night when drinks are super cheap. Good atmosphere downstairs with a nice variety of music and live bands. Not a huge fan of the atmosphere upstairs, but a lot of people seem to enjoy it.
