Great experience with my son's haircuts.
Friendly and professional service.

I do not recommend this place for children's hair cuts and most certainly not for a first hair cut. I just took my 18 month old son and had a terrible experience. After being told when making the booking that they were very experienced with children and first hair cuts, we arrived and found they did not have any children's capes or even chairs available for him. There was one very girly pink cape available that they had just used on my daughter but I was told all the others were in the wash. We went very early in the morning and had the booking for over a week. The one he was given was so big it was just a bother as he kept getting tangled in it and to be honest, was of no help at all. Then the lady doing the hair cut cannot have had experience with young children the way she was treating him and me. I have been a customer for a few years and have always been impressed with their friendly professional service.

A very disappointing and expensive experience. $198 for a cut, colour and dry. I wasn't overly impressed by the cut however the colour looked great. This is a suburban salon worked by the owner operator and one apprentice, not a ritzy inner city salon so the price was a complete surprise. I think I broke floor tiles when my chin hit the floor when paying.

And they say hairdressers don't make much money. $198 for a root touch up, a quick trim and dry, I'd say that is making money!

Unfortunately my search for a hairdresser in the area continues as I will not be going back not just the pricing
