Purchased a Scoopon for a hair package back in June, took me ages to finally get through and once I did they couldn't fit me in until September! I took the September booking and when I went to show up for my appointment yesterday there was a real estate agent changing the locks. There was a number to call for bookings which I called. I went to see them. They grabbed my Scoopon and asked if I wanted foils or a colour. I said I'd just be happy with a colour and they told me I'd have to pay an extra $30, I said I wasn't paying extra so they told me I could get a refund from Scoopon. Still haven't heard from Scoopon in regards to a refund. I won't be buying any cheap vouchers from any where now after this experience.

The most unprofessional organisation I have ever come across. I, as many other, bought an online discount voucher for redemption at Vija Hair. I do not appreciate such appalling customer service from a business that is trying to promote themselves on all the possible discount voucher sites. I dont want to spend my money where the customers are treated with such disrespect and no consideration what to so ever to other peoples time. I strongly suggest any discount voucher site to verify this business integrity before advertising their promotion. After numerous unanswered phone calls and experiencing no courtesy to return messages i ended up getting a refund back from the coupon promoter. I would NEVER recommend this exceptionally disgraceful organisation to anyone.

Had a scoopon but have been advised I will be getting a refund without having used it because Vija couldn't deliver. Have already been waiting for four weeks for my appointment. From the comments here, looks like I got lucky.

I also had a scoopon package and had to pay an extra $45 for the toner. A good hair colourist can do blondes foils and not need to tone. In the end I guess you get what you pay for, the deal was cheap and my result was ok. My stylist took a lot of time to make sure I was happy. I felt really sorry for the staff. The staff are lovely but just very young and inexperienced. Whilst I was there a number of people were turned away because one of the staff had not shown up to work. I heard them tell a customer they had been trying to call them all day and left countless messages on the phone but.... no show. They were overwhelmed and the phone rang out constantly with everyone too busy to answer it. I thought the idea of these vouchers was to gain new customers but i will certainly not be going back here and its no fault of the staff.
