My recent experience has been very disappointing. I ordered framed prints from their website. The colours were awful and they were framed in Perspex not glass which I didn't know nor want. They wouldn't allow me to return them were rude unhelpful and made up lies. I will never shop from their again.
Yes you have some wonderful goods, but your staff need some attitude adjustments. Do not not judge a customer by their clothing. Big Mistake, was prepared to spend big money, however there lack of any care, noses lifted in the air, no personality, overall lack of any customer service. We were excited to visit this store, however this store will now be blacklisted. Shame, VERY UNPLEASANT staff
