Disappointing service from both management and employees. Complete and utter refusal to allow loyal customers to bring in food when they have been doing so for the last few years. Their supposedly 'new' policy of no external food or beverages in the cinemas is absolutely absurd. The farce they put up of no exceptions is simply a way for them to force you to buy their highly overpriced food. Their rationale behind this policy is non-existent if you ask them. Despite giving reasoned arguments as to why an exception should be allowed, they simply respond with "no matter what you say, we can't let it in". I am unsure if this response is due to a lack of rebuttal when faced with logic or simply an incapability to respond due to their complete incompetency when dealing with once loyal customers. I created this review as a warning for those who go before me. A fellow movie watcher, I am greatly disappointed with this service and will opt for other movie theaters in the future.
these are the best cinemas anywhere around here. loads of things to eat close by so we can get a snack to take there to watch the movie. also there are lots of different thertres from the europe one to the gold one and digital sound too. the candy bar is great. and you always have the best movies on show to choose from.
These are excellent cinemas. The seating is fantastic, so comfortable and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of someone. The cinemas seem to always be clean. A good idea would either to pre buy your tickets on Friday or Saturday because the lines can be way too long. Also take a jacket with you because sometimes the put the air conditioner on to high.
