In the space of less than six months I purchased a black chair with matching foot stool and a dresser for the bedroom. These items all remained in their packing boxes until I had finished renovating a home. When I eventually unpacked these items I found the chair had a slit running through the backrest and the top drawer of the dresser simply did not fit without a huge struggle. Because so much time had elapsed since I had brought these items I did not even attempt a refund or exchange. Not impressed with the quality of their goods and simply do not shop there any more.
