DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU LIVE IN QUEENSLAND!!!!!Worst customer service ever. I purchased 2 online e-vouchers 2 days ago. One worth $49, and the other worth $199 for two friends who had looked after my children whilst I had to go home to NZ urgently. I gave my friends their gifts on Monday night, on Tuesday one of the friends called me to say these were only for use in Melbourne. I called the Gold Class gift shop yesterday mid afternoon, so within 24 hours. They said they could not refund or transfer the tickets to another person and they could not be sold to someone in Melbourne as ID would be needed to use them. I asked several times if I could have the number of the head office, refused! I have just spend $250 on 2 tickets that I can never use???? I could not afford to do this but wanted to thank my close friends for helping me out in a difficult time. I am absolutely appalled at their response.
