Vincent Post Office

Cannot believe the poor quality of service provided by there so called "Courier". This person leaves your valuable packages unattended and in the open for anyone. Too lazy to climb the stairs so they leave packages and parcel collection cards in the door to the downstairs rumpus room, which is the only door they knock on. Everytime they pull up to my house they have the music in the Australia Post work van blaring for all my neighbors to hear and to add insult to injury he has the worst customer service skills. There is no need to be outright rude to people who are kind and courteous to them. Very Disappointed.

there is nothing good to say about this store they took our payment and refused to give us a recharge voucher which we had paid for so ringing head office wasnt enough to get a recharge voucher
