The order was very expensive and I questioned them with two phone calls (close to $50 for 1 pizza, 1 garlic pizza, a lasagne and a small gelato) which is fine assuming its good food after all, you pay for what you get. But in this case the food was delivered cold, soggy and the order was wrong requiring a return delivery. The staff were not at all helpful and there was no discount offered for the incovenience. The pizza were terrible, the garlic pizza was charged out at the same price as a pizza full of topping (company policy apparently) and the lasagne went straight in the bin. I remember when this store was voted "Best Pizza in Melbourne" but now, save your money folks as I think a McCains frozen would be better than this place. Hopefully the owner of this store does something to lift their game.
