Rang to enquire as to the where-abouts of our order, only to be told by the staff that it was what it was & to wait like everyone else, and with an angry unsolicited tone WE ARE DOING THE BEST WE CAN OK SO WAIT!!..... by the way we had already been waiting an hour for delivery, and had been told it would be another 30 minutes taking us from a 7.20 order time to a 9.00pm delivery time 'maybe' no guarantees....hmmmm
The way we were treated was absolutely disgusting and we will never ever again frequent this establishment as we are clearly unimportant to them!!
By the way after 30 years as a chef... & a proud one too!! the food a dismal average 2/10

In all my very successful years in hospitality never ever have I not treated my clients like kings & queens without exception!! MY clients are the reason I have the life I have !!!!
Wasn't too happy to be honest. For the pretty expensive price I expected a decent sized meal and at least a quality taste, except I didn't get either. Calamari was soggy, pasta was tasteless. Very sad to be so disappointed, I was really hoping this would be a new option for us.
Terrible experience at Vinnies southport. Overall we were very disappointed! Delivery took 1.5hrs despite being told it would be 40-45mins. Food was luke warm on arrival and management didn't want to help out when notified! Terrible experience. Food might of been good without this awful treatment!
Being a family owned and operated restaurant for the past 13 years we take pride in our service and food we offer. You did ring up and we said the driver had just left with your food. When you rang the second time only 10 minutes later to find out where your food was (there was a lot of traffic into Surfers Paradise and it takes more than 10 minutes to get there) We also said our driver had another delivery to do on the way. Management did apologise to you when you rang the second time for the delay as we were extremely busy. We should have notified you that there was going to be a delay in delivering your food and for that we are sorry, we do sometimes make mistakes. We had the same terrible experience from southport. Waited for 2 hrs and 30 mins for our order. When we rang up after two hrs , they told us our order went to the wrong address and went back so they had to remake our food again. So they didn't even bother to call us and apologise until we called them. Then when we finally got the order 2 hrs and 30 mins later, ribs weren't cooked and pasta was not cooked and had no taste. Chicken in the pasta was not a lot I think I found like 6 bits of chicken in there. Our dessert looked like they have been sitting for 3 hrs or more coz the chic mouse was melted and the tiramisu looked so horrible and melted I didnt even touch it.
