Had an installation organised by Zoltan and completed by David in 2015 which was completed pretty cleanly. Had problems with the battery and needed the system reconfigured in mid 2018 and contacted Zoltan who organised David again. David attended twice before confirming that he needed to replace the power module. When he returned he installed the new kit but didn't configure the motion sensors advising me that he would ring me and tell me how to do it. He never did and now Zoltan wants me to pay another $330 callout fee. They didn't complete the work properly, didn't turn up when agreed and will not provide you with Master/Installer codes making you rely on them for more work. Dodgy and poor service
Price is competitive for security alarm. But dont expect any service or warranty after installation. They just ignore you and lied that their technician will call and come to check. Had motion detector not working and the lady on the phone promised the technician will call and come to take to look. Guess what, nobody called and no follow up. I will bring this matter to consumer affair.
Fantastic experience with Zoltan and David at VIP Security Services in Melbourne (Dandenong). They provided same day service - who gets that sort of service these days?!! Both Zoltan and David were highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They had my new security system sorted for me in no time at all. I would highly recommend VIP Security Services!!
