I spoke a staff from the Virgin store about upgrade my mobile plan after having been with them for years. I was given a written copy of their unlimited plan and was told to go and phone a customer service person who would upgrade my plan. I was given the run-around and eventually told the plan was no available despite having just been given it that afternoon. How does that work for business? Thus I changed provider when I found another provided who could offer the unlimited plan I was looking for using the same network.
