The customer service at Virgin Mobile is amazing. As soon as I walk into the store, I'm greeted by an employee who offers to help. They go through all of the phone options that match what I'm looking for and any additional offers. It doesn't take long before I'm walking out of the store with a brand new phone.

I've been with Virgin for at least six years now. The staff in the shop are good, they explain all of the terms and conditions before you sign up.
There's a magazine that outlines products and plans for you to take from the shop and you can peruse the special offers. This is all backed up by the call centre assistance you get, they will answer any calls and if your child is in need of punishment for being rude to you, or not doing their homework, you can call them and they will cut their data! No more internet! This is also useful for when they are getting close to their monthly data allowance, to save them going over and getting a big excess data bill. They also sell a few phone protective covers, not many but enough to satisfy your needs.
