Depending who you have serving you at this Virgin Mobile kiosk. But i have had bad experience and good experience. On one occasion a staff member was not so helpful and was being very rude with the responses when i was asking for assistance with a new mobile i signed up. I was having trouble with connecting a particular function. Was not helpful and had attitude and did not seem to care that i was upset and annoyed as a customer. On another occasion i had a very helpful staff who was going all out in getting me the right type of sim card required for a particular mobile i had. making sure the new sim card worked fine before i walked away, free of charge as my original sim was playing up. So kind of have mix views because it all depends who is serving you and what type of mood they are in.
I was here only a few days ago as I required a replacement sim card for my iphone. A bit of a wait, given there was only 3 people behind the counter, both helping someone else out and another on the phone. There was a bit a queue also building up. Nevertheless, when they got around to me, the service was prompt, efficient and friendly. She knew exactly what I wanted and the type of sim, she processed the transaction very quick and provided the sim free of charge. Its always great when youre working with someone who knows exactly what your needs are without having to have a long story trying to justify and explain your reasoning. I would highly recommend their service, additionally they have been great over the phone as well with their call centre unlike a lot of other telco companys Ive dealt with in recent times.
