I have just cancelled our third account with them after having been with Virgin since they came to Australia. Coverage, billing and call centre issues that have gone on for months. Today was the final straw, one of their call centre staff laughing at me. Enough was enough. Two more contracts to pay out!
I have been with Virgin for a while now. Their call centre leaves a lot to be desired. However, if they are at fault push for compensation. I have been very proactive in being compensated for my time when sitting on the phone for hours. If you don't have any problems their deals are fantastic and their pricing is very competitive.
I've been with Virgin Mobile for a few years now. I've had a few run ins with the call centre staff telling me incorrect info, but their managers have sorted it out eventually. I still stick with them though, because I know the service will be worse at most of the other mobile phone companies. The main reason I stick with them though is because the deals are great, and the contracts are only 6 months long.
