There were 2 staff present in the store when I tried to talk about upgrading my plan. One showed very little interest and the other person seemed to be so inexperienced that she could not give me clear advice and told me I was better off on the plan I was on despite me continually getting messages from virgin saying I was over the limit when I had hardly used the service at all. I walked around to another provider who was able to help me and I immediately changed provider. Virgin lost another customer all because the staff were unhelpful.
