The staff at this store will greet you as soon as you walk in (provided that they're not with another customer). They were really helpful and fixed my issue within minutes. Very happy with my experience here.

Useless and rude staff. I simply wanted a Virgin prepaid sim. After having to confirm with each other what a prepaid Sim was I was told to try a Virgin store... Even that was a Virgin store. Like I said, useless.

I found the staff at the Pitt street Virgin Mobile store to be very helpful and efficient.
I was in a bit of a hurry when I arrived after work one day. Sensing this, the girl serving me did so in a very quick and timely manner.

The store was very busy and the other staff were attending to other customers in much a similar way.
I was very pleased with the detail and contract terms that the girl went over with me.

I was in and out of the store within fifteen minutes. I had signed up, transfered my old number to Virgin and been given my new iPhone!

Very quick and very good service! If all my encounters with Virgin are this good, I will remain with them for years to come!
