Virgo Patterson Realty

The service I have been provided by the incompetent staff at Virgo Patterson realty is appalling. They are rude and as a landlord they have done nothing to help the situation what so ever and I was the one paying there fees. Stay well clear of the useless company

As a tenant all of our maintenance has been followed up promptly and even when a tradesman couldn't attend until the next day the real estate kept us informed and followed up after to see the works were complete and obtained photos for records.
We had great service throughout our time in the property and dealing with the lovely ladies in the office.
We also received our bond back with no delay.
Highly recommended and we have just rented another property through them.

I have been a landlord through Virgo Patterson realty for 5 years now and have always been provided with exceptional service, professional and helpful staff. I am always followed up with everything that is going on and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a property management team that follow through and deliver their promises to go to Virgo Patterson Realty.

Stay away from this agency. I would not recommend this Realtor to anyone. They are rude and difficult to deal with and extremely unprofessional. I'm surprised they still have a business. If you should make a complaint they threaten to take you to court. I have been told "take it to court...I always win over the tenants". Bullying tactics at its worst. I am going to report them to the REIQ as well. By the way, I work in the legal area of the property industry.

Please do not use these Real Estate Agents if you can help it. They are of course very nice when they want you to rent one of their properties, however... They do not reply to emails or requests to rectify faults with the property you rent. They also send threatening emails, shouting in the emails and their command of the english language and their diction is shocking. If you have to leave the property before the end of your tenancy, through no fault of your own, ie. a forced work move... they will not help you in anyway. I understand the contractual obligations of a tenancy agreement, however they in my case, became nasty and as said previously sent threatening emails about taking me to court with no phone calls or help to try and resolve the situation. Dealing with them has been a very horrible and upsetting experience
