Vi's Nails In Place

I had the most horrible experience here today. I called and booked in for a mani and pedi. When I turned up, I was told by a staff that they were too busy and that they could only do the pedi today.
Customer service was non existent. I was made to feel that they did not want me there in the first place. I couldn't wait to get out.
What a way to turn something which is meant to be enjoyable into something horrible. I will not be setting my foot in that place again - which is exactly what I told them.

I have been to management before and never had any issues.
