My wife and I recently bought a 2004 BMW 318i from Vision Cars and we couldn't be happier with experience. The price wasn't maybe as cheap as we would've liked, but I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to cars, and we ended up with a good car at a good price, so we're very happy with the outcome.
I have an X5 e70 diesel and Im looking outside for a better deal. I met Arnel who is the sales person in Vision Cars on he took care of my car and he said he will change everything that i requested like fuel filter, air filter and pollen filter. He also gave me a 2004 volvo as a courtesy car. After everything is done he charge me of $1082.45 to service my car that is $538 for parts and $544.50 for labour. At first I wasnt quite happy with the price so I rang Arnel and discuss with him why is it more expensive than I was expected. we had a bit of argument but everything is sorted and as a customer Im happy with his decision. Hence he said that he will gave me a $200 credit when I come back service with him or for anything else. Im very happy with him. overall his customer service have to be congratulated and will come back to him for the next service.
I ask a quote from BMW for inspection service they ask for $1400. So if you want a better deal arnel is the person to talk to and you can't fault his customer service
I purchase a Rover 75 from Vision Cars in December 2010. It was a fantastic looking car which I fell in love with it at first sight. Little did know what a mechanical nightmare it would turn out to be. The problems started almost instantly after purchasing the Rover. I automatically thought I had thrown my money away on this vehicle, but to my surprise I didn't have to worry about a thing. Arnel and his staff took care of everything and I mean everything. To help you understand the problems I had with this car, I have to tell you that I'd owned it for 12 weeks and it had been in the workshop for 7 of them, which should give you some idea of the problems. However, nothing was too much trouble for the guys at Vision Cars. Every time I took the car in for repair, I was presented with a clean safe loan car, sometimes for more than a week at a time. I wouldn't even pop in there for a car service let alone a chat. They don't give you what they promise - even when called up multiple times to do so.
