Vision in White

Buyer beware, Vision in White have great customer service when they are trying to sell to you BUT this disappears when you pay the deposit on the dress. I was told on two occasions that someone would call me (they didn't) aparently the shipment was delayed a month despite being informed that the dress would be ready in 3 months (it took 5 in total). I got no calls explaining this and had to contact them twice. I have since been informed by 3 other brides that they too experienced the same thing where they provide great customer service on the front end and then poor customer service on the back end. Not to mention that the sequins on my dress are falling apart (im going to my seamstress to fix this cause I don't really want to deal with Vision in White anymore).

Wonderful environment and great choice of gowns. Friendly staff and the prices were great. Came in the store with a rough idea of what I wanted and ended up getting the perfect dress. Men suits upstairs too.

i would advise anyone wishing to buy wedding dress or hire a suite or even anything to do with weddings please you must visit vision in white bridal in parramatta all the staff was very friendly and helpfull.these team of friendly girls know how to provide compresensive and trusted service that will want you to go back to this bridal shop.

Fabulous service and range of gowns. This was the least stressful part of my wedding - nothing was too much trouble. Niousha in particular was very helpful, and overdelivered on every occassion. I cannot rate Vision in White more highly.

Terrible experience during an already stressful time. Poor service and advice, would discourage future brides from even going to look.
