Had my Hyundai i30 repaired there. They repaired a popped main crack seal. They did the right thing and used an aftermarket seal. The problem was that the seal was a poor fit (mechanic told me this), but they still pushed on with repair. The seal immediately popped out when the car was started. It was eventually repaired when a genuine part was used. My gripe is that the mechanic should've aborted mission when the seal was a poor fit. In the end I had to pay for failed and successful repairs. I was never offered any discount for the incopetence. I wouldn't go there again.
Just had my vehicle inspected for a rego by Vision One. Been taking it there for a few years now. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, highly experienced and are very concerned about the safety of their customers. Even if they may be busy and cannot do the job right away, their work is well worth the wait compared to other mechanics, who may only diagnose some minor issues. Highly recommended!
