Having, shall we say, “expanded” from my childhood moniker of “skinny tin-ribs” over a 30 year period, I knew it was time to do something about it 6 months ago and I’ve never looked back.
In just under 5 months I’ve lost a total of 17kg and the weight is still dropping… fortunately not in fatty globules around the gym (!!), but you get the idea!

I started with Vision Drummoyne back in July. I used to hate running and struggled with weight loss but with their help and support I have been able to consistently lose weight and improve my running.
I am currently training to complete the 50km Oxfam Trailwalker next year !!
I never would have made that commitment if it wasn’t for my trainer and the supportive family at Vision Drummoyne.

I joined Vision Personal Training at Drummoyne 3 years ago and have loved training there. The trainers have got me in shape and motivated for two half marathons and my Wedding last year. There is such a family environment here- I feel so supported and contribute my successes to the team!
From the first baby steps to the amazing results I have achieved , I couldn't have come this far without the team at Vision PT Drummoyne! Andrew (my amazing trainer) has been only supporting! Never complains and accommodates my every need for improvement and meeting the goals we set!! I couldn't have done it without him.
