I work at a hairdressing salon which is located below Vision Personal Training, in Lane cove. Apart from wanting to get fitter and bulk up, learn more about my body and the correct foods i should be eating to achieve my goals, which one of the training went through with me , what sold me was how friendly and welcoming the team are at Vision are. The gym is well equipted with the latest equipment, with a large space to work out with equipment in a light annd airy room. Everyone should give it a go!! Its money well spent!
Joining up at Vision Lane Cove is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Not only am I a lot fitter, wear clothes 10 sizes smaller than I did 6 months ago, but I've found I'm also a lot more confident that I CAN do things that I wouldn't have tried before.
I couldn't have done it without the support and encouragement from Clint and the boys from Vision Lane Cove.

It almost pains me to write this as I imagine it will get a bit busier in the gym after I tell my story.
All the of the trainers at Vision Lane Cove are intelligent, switched-on, professional guys who sincerely care about your results. When I was sick and I didnt get into the gym for a while I got an email and a phone call to check-in and make sure I was okay.
