DONT GO HERE!! Absoloute worst experience of my life. They are so unprofessional and inexperienced. I came in as a new client, they were very rude and unwelcoming. They had no consultation process. I told them I wanted a dark brown hair colour all over my hair and they mixed the colour in the bowl before they even took my hair tie out to have a look at my hair colour. They did not give me the desired result and left me in tears. My hair was bright orange literally. I went back the same afternoon for them to fix it as I had a wedding the next day and they refused and told me I had to pay for it again to fix it. They also told me that I never asked for a brown hair colour and found out they had just used a toner on my hair lol they do not even comprehend what you are asking them. I would have rather used a box hair dye than have gone to them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDEEE STAFF!!! Please go to any other hairdresser but them.

Excellent hair salon! The only hair salon that I have ever been to where it doesn't even matter which hair stylist handles your hair they all are so skilled and do a phenomenal job. I have Sonia who does my own thick hair and she is absolutely fantastic I am so glad I finally found a talented hair stylist who is 100% genuine and honest after spending hours and money in high class salons in Melbourne.
