Visit The Entrance

We were lucky and our property was better than average, but the staff are impossible to work with. Lies, accusations, no communications. If there were no issues then all would be great, but when those issues impaired our enjoyment and they do nothing .......

My family and I stayed at Visit The Entrace property, and had a great time.
The property had internal issues like blinds not wokring and a faulty taps and faulty shower hose, but without causing a stir, we didnt say anoything and just put up with the problems.
Low and behold, Visit the Entrance used their power with a deposit to retain $300 dollars.
I sent mulitple emails, stating the lies and robbery of the owners on my money.
Just like the other reviewer... Visit The Entrance have no process to ensure quality of the properties they manage. No process to ensure damages are not the fault of tenants but that of owners.
I am now delibertaing what to do?
Do I allow them to take money or do I pursue it legally?

My family and I stayed at the dolphin court in the entrance, the unit was below satisfactory and in need of a some serious work to get it up to standard. My experience with visit the entrance has been beyond a nightmare, we paid the $500 bond which is the norm via eftpos after a month and a half of taking our money they advise us over 4 weeks after our stay that their is a burn mark on the carpet through the use of an iron and that they will keep our bond. The irony of this is that we never used an iron during our stay.. I will never ever rent another holiday unit via this company again
