Absolutely ridiculous service! Have been waiting since Sept 2013 for cheap chords (supplied by Vista) to be replaced on blinds. So over these 'warehouse' stuff ups. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Worst service you could possibly find. I recommend you source an alternative option. Sales consultant was extremely rude and called at 7pm on Friday night to try and arrange an appointment for 9am the next morning.
