Terrible Experience as the previous customer. Wish I read their feedback before. Customers please be aware. Their price is much expensive and they will tell you to pay full to get a express service. So I paid in full but then everything went wrong when the curtains arrived: 10% of the Slats were missing and the patterns are different from what I ordered. They said they wouldn't give customers refund. You won't get what you pay for. Their customer service is so Rude too. One of the receptions keep telling me I have to pay for their mistake( No refund).Completely Thumbs Down and will Never Ever go back. How can a business with such poor customer service survive during 2016.
We only wanted three windows covered with basic vertical blinds. Vista were very quick to make our quote. We were initially told our blinds would be installed in three weeks. Two of them were installed after four weeks. The third was manufactured incorrectly and had to go back to the factory. We are still waiting for that one, and it has now been eight weeks. I have called Vista almost every week and I am always told someone will ring me back, and no one ever does. I have had to chase them at every turn, they never call when your blinds are ready, and they never return your calls if you leave a message. Whenever I have explained our situation to the person on the phone, they become quite rude even though I am calm and polite about it. As far as I am concerned, we have paid in full for a service we have not received. And quite frankly, it shouldnt be this hard to get three verticals installed!
Thank you for the information I was thinking about using vista Blinds but now I think I will use another company.
