I placed an order for roller blinds for a 3 bedroom home (shatters) from Vista Rowville in December 2012.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION

They do not return phone calls, still waiting after nearly two months, they have let me down every single time they said they would call, now I am fighting to get my deposit back. DON'T RISK IT

STAY AWAY!!! A disgraceful experience that will ensure I never use VISTA again. Initial quote was good and paid deposit next day. Took two months to be informed that they couldn't supply the whole order (meanwhile I had chased this up twice and was told they would be arriving soon - no mention of supply issues what-so-ever!) The debacle of getting our refund was excruciating, was going to be 2weeks for a cheque, we demanded cash, a week later called to see of progress - NOTHING HAD HAPPENED, no explanation why, had to give all details again. After numerous calls and speaking with various people who were not helpful at all, we finally got the money back. The managers/CEO of this company need to take action (who-ever they are..? No-one would give us names or contact details of someone we could discuss our dispute with)

NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM!!!!! They were absolutely shocking!
