Vistalab Building Design
We provide all building design services including documentation, speculative as well as conceptual designs and planning and building permit applications.
Our design capabilities include new homes, extensions, renovations, multi-residential, commercial developments and more.
We actively pursue a diversity of projects. No project is too big or too small.
We employed Daniel to design our ground floor home extension in preparation for a new kitchen. Daniel provided a great design which integrated nicely with the existing dwelling. His features included a fantastic skylight and a revised pantry layout which vastly improved the access to said.
Aside from all that, Daniel just provided a personal touch to everything, visiting our home several times to drop off plans / discuss things which could have been done by Email. As a result I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and Vistalab for any architectural work.
We engaged Daniel at Vistalab to prepare a medical centre planning submission which incorporated redesigning the layout of the existing old dwelling. Daniel's knowledge of design, construction and planning processes in the City Of Frankston were excellent. We were very impressed with Daniel and Vistalab and would certainly use them for our next development project.
