Vistaprint sent an email offering ten dollar polo shirts. Tried to order and the site images didnt work. Then ordered anyway and the offer didnt work. Spent 35 minutes trying to resolve on their online chat only to have the operator disconnect without resolving - I was event told that the offer says $10 but it is $30 per shirt ! The next operator wanted the whole story again, then didnt have the postal address for the company they work for (incidentally level 16, 9 hunter street st, sydney, nsw, 2000 according to google). Personally, I Intend taking this to consumer affairs as it isnt the first time Vistaprint have had mysterious site errors when there is a discount on or some other issue when ordering. Also, this is a great opportunity to get onto FU Tube on the Checkout to finally get onto TV.
I have used vista-print many times but the last few orders have been nothing but dramas. I have spent hundreds with this company. Problems like T shirts do not fit, banners missing, orders made at one time have been sent in parts taking over a week to arrive. Its funny how orders are always short, or missing never do they send more than ordered. I just got the latest email deal stating T shirts are now from $7.99 double sided, so i ordered 2 basics and the total was $35.96 so obviously i did not pay or go through with checkout how does $16 turn into $36...Vista also promised me credit for an incomplete order, business cards, banners and T Shirts that were delivered, to my home, yet left out the front under no covered area in the pouring rain whilst no one was home. This did not happen, i did not get any credit. I got some story when i called about a reorder, that never happened either. I use them for convenience, that's all.
