DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! They did a building report that was provide with the contract of sale for a house I subsequently purchased. I have been unable to live in the house because of their utter negligence in identifying any of the 20 major defects that I have since discovered. They did not bother to open a window because if they did they would have reported that they were broken. They did not open a sliding door because if they did they would have reported that they didn't run and had no mechanism to lock them. They didn't open a blind because they would have identified cracked glass. They did walk around the house because they would have identified that the ground level was higher than the slab and that there was no damp course or proper water proofing. Had they looked in the cavity under they stairs they would have identified that there had been a bad attempt of water proofing. My real estate agent recommended Vital Inspections for a pre-purchase building and pest report. Vital Inspections was able to provide a prompt inspection (within 2 business days). I appreciated the phone call to notify me of the findings. A written report was emailed to me on the same day, and a further copy arriving in the post the next day. The overall cost was comparable to other companies.
