Vital Movement Studios offer a range of affordable dance classes for all age groups including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Pointe and Cardio Barre. Classes are run Monday - Saturday. At VM studios we believe dance is universal. It is not only for those with talent or potential, but for anybody with a willingness to learn and a desire to be fit and healthy. Age, gender and shape are not factors of whether or not you can dance. If you can walk you can dance it's that simple! So just call to come along for a free trial class and see what it's all about.
