Bowen is a gentle and non manipulative manual therapy recommended for acute and chronic conditions, holistic pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, improving sports performance, chronic fatigue, migraines, allergies and much more.
I am a qualified Herbalist, Nutritionist & Remedial Massage therapist. I studied naturopathy at Nature Care College and have a BSHc (Bachelor of Human Health Science) from Armidale University. Bowen is the therapy that I choose to practice as I find it to be the most effective, often requiring only a handful of treatments to achieve lasting results.
