Unable to use a dollar from $700 gift certificate. Instead they cancelled appointment and did not refund the $50 deposit. Only late by a few minutes circling for car park. Grandma had hair professionally done for the shoot, kids all dressed up with props. Nothing in terms and conditions about cancellation if 10 mins late. They also argued we could not use the gift certificate from a separate prize draw as we had used a groupon in a session conducted the previous year. They were unable to evidence this condition anywhere. This franchise should not continue to operate ripping customers off and engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct.
Terrible.

Gave me a refund of my $50 booking reservation fee as they couldn't be bothered taking the photos I wanted.

Not sure what the staff were thinking. Bought a voucher with some credit. Photos were fantastic but the staff were too pushy to make you spend thousands above the credit.
Gave me ten minutes to select the frames and making you think you are a fool to spend more time to take a decision.
Only two staffs are there and both saying two different prices for the same product and expect you to pay higher price.
When decided not to purchase, showing bad attitude to customers.
Definitely would not go there again and recommend to avoid them if you want to save money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING! DO NOT be fooled into a gift voucher with a free sitting and credit towards photos because your credit will get you 1 photo! They don't tell you that 1 photo 8 x 10" costs $275. (plus GST) High pressure sales tactics offering lay by options so you spend up. They don't tell you about their no cancellation policies, no cooling off periods. No digital prints unless you order a minimum of 5 photos. You won't get your money back and you won't get anywhere complaining to the owner (franchisee). I lost hundreds of dollars, and not a single photo to show for it. I gave up fighting to get it back, I now warn others DO NOT make the same mistake. Take your money elsewhere. Read other reviews, they all operate the same way and many people have had the same thing happen.
Unpleasant to deal with, incredibly pushy, refused to give out information on prices until a $50 sitting fee was paid. Upon seeing their ridiculous prices, I wanted to cancel the photo shoot. Gave me much grief until they refunded the $50 fee.
Reading other people's reviews, grateful that didn't attend the photo shoot. Sounds like things could've been a lot worse.
Save yourself the time and energy, and go to someone who's upfront and honest about what they offer!!!
