DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE! This particular management when I rang about an order from last week that hadn't even been processed, much less sent they were rude and completely unhelpful. They have taken my money but didn't even bother to advise that they don't have the complete order. "They will get to it Monday maybe" was the response and wasn't even going to refund the products that they don't have. They had to be prompted twice to even get them to say that I would be refunded. Don't shop here if you want to be treated with any kind of customer service. They’re rude and nobody needs to pay for that kind of service.
Have been contacting them for over a month in relation to a $1800 purchase that was made using my credit card. I have been trying to obtain the delivery/contact details since 27 March 2014 (today is 30 April 2014). At first, they told me that I had to contact my bank for them to release those details, which I did. Bank calls them on 1 April requesting this information, to which the staff agreed to provide. Heard nothing from them so decided to call, to which they said it was in the management's hands. Tried contacting the management but they are never in the shop and doesn't answer their mobile. Very poor treatment of such a serious matter. I am absolutely appalled at the level of ignorance shown by this store.
Really disappointing customer service. We travelled from north brisbane on my birthday for my husband to buy me a piano as my present (as per website opening hours) only to get there and find it closed (by appointment only) There was a mobile number on the door but no answer. Since then we have left 3 messages and no return calls. We had cash to purchase then and there and have had to go to another music store (who might I add where amazing). Wouldn't recommend them to anyone if you want any after sales support. They can't even get the sale bit right.
