Vive La Beaute

Shocking place. Took my mum here and they double booked us on the day of our treatment even when I booked a week in advance. They didn't even apologise. Not customer orientated at all! Guess this person doesn't care because this person owns all the the vive la beaute day spas. Our treatment was then rushed. During my mothers treatment, the tap came off in her hand and she said it to the beautician who did our treatment. The beautician replied with 'Oh it's been like that for a while' and screwed it back on... Stay away from this place!

Do not go here. I made the mistake of booking a Brazilian and had the worst experience ever! I am a regular waxer so it's familiar territory and their "process" if you would call it that is cover as much space as possible and then basically just rip what you miss out with the now cold wax. I walked out with a patchy wax and paid $55 for it! Stay away! This place is ridiculous.

Very disappointing!!

Have tried for months to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Save your money and go anywhere else but Vive La Beaute.

Truly disappointing. I wish I had read reviews before going to any of the Vive La Beaute locations. Carlingford was woeful. I wen't in for a facial and walked out with skin worse off and an much emptier pocket. There's just certain things to expect from a facial. A relaxing environment for one, so much noise coming from outside of the shop & topped off with their WASHING MACHINE! From previous experiences facials usually feel great, not the case with Vive - application was rushed and rough and usually when you have 2 x 10minute masks on you'd expect a massage of some sort during that time. In short - don't expect any special touch and a waste of your time and money!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Get an over priced expensive beauty package for a gift, takes them 3 months to finally find a booking, to only get called 2 nights before to be told that they have double booked and cannot fit you in, Takes them another 3 months to find another booking FOR THE SAME THING TO HAPPEN. have been double booked twice, not to mention the RUDE STAFF who i have encountered trying to fix the problem who are too busy putting on and fixing their makeup in front of the mirrors before even bothering to serve their customers who they know are there because they see you through the mirrors. AND they still cannot fit me in so my voucher will expire before they find a spot for my day spa.

Absolute worst service, terrible staff and will never go back to the place, let alone recommend it to anyone else
