Vive La Beaute

I went in for a facial on a night earlier this month. The therapist was not only rude but smelled horribly. I couldn't understand staff's instructions through their accent. This is not how a beauty therapist should present themselves. I couldn't wait to get out of this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was given an Ouffer voucher about 6 months ago and I redeemed it at the Parramatta Salon on a Thursday (in june 2013). My therapist was lovely, she asked me about my skin type and I was gently massaged and exfoliated from head to toe, all the while we were chatting. I felt relaxed, the room was clean with music playing, the towels were fresh and I honestly left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. My facial was superb, my skin (which I take good care of on my own) was so smooth and hydrated. The only gripe I have is that she said the products were 'all natural' but when you have a close look at the labels you can clearly see there are chemicals in there that are anything but natural, I'm not a skin/beauty therapist though so maybe I could be wrong.

I'd definitely revisit the ladies here again.

I received a voucher for this place and was having second thoughts about redeeming at all because of all the other bad reviews. I decided not to waste the money and went to the Parramatta store and actually had a really relaxing time. The girl who did my body exfoliation, body wrap, facial and pedicure was really nice, gentle and attentive. I was there for an hour and a half and I honestly came out feeling completely relaxed with the smoothest skin and a facial glow from the facial. Maybe I was lucky. I booked myself in on Monday.

I went for a treatment yesterday at the Parramatta store. I had a voucher given to me (Ouffer) full body exfoliation, wrap, facial. I have had a lot of these over the years but this wasn't pleasant at all???

The therapist was not professional at all. At no time did they ask about my skin just slapped on the exfoliation cream and was so so rough! It's a scrub, you don't need to be rough for me to feel the affects. It was like a hard massage but really fast. I had whipped out and exfoliated/massaged and this staff just took off my towel and exfoliated them. Staff didnt even ask. I have had many massages and this has never happened. Staff then left me in the wrap for my skin to recover.

Seriously!! So unprofessional.

Will be calling the salon to complain to the management.

It was total waste of time and money. I booked facial , body wrap, eye treatment, hand treatment etc etc.. Entire thing took just 45 mins that too when I was left with the pack for 15-20 mins. Worst ever possible service was given and please don't ever try this saloon and don't waste ur money .. Facial included just 2 mins of massage .. So funny .. Unbelievable place..
