Came to the builder with plans and some custom work in mind for my new home build. Builder went over eveything and suggested what would work and what wouldn't. The build turned out great and of very high quality. Seems like the builder is either hit or miss though.

Terrible workmanship and you will discover more and more problems as you settle into your new home and as time goes by. This builder has no pride in his work and uses cheap, unskilled labour to do the job. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to risk your health with literally sleepless nights stressing over all the problems caused by this builder. Our tradesmen who have come to do repairs have all remarked that the workmanship is one of the worst they have ever seen.

Very happy with the builder and my new home. There were certain small things I wanted and the builder had no complaint with doing what I was after. Still waiting on some minor defects to be rectified by the builder, but very happy with the final outcome.

Avoid at all costs. Builder has NO idea what he's doing.
