Very poor warranty service on Carrier airconditioner (residential). Waiting for service over 2 month now. Vinay never turns up when he is meant to. Doesnt answer his phone or e mails. Never returns phone calls or texts. How he is a warrenty agent beggers belief. Do not use him or Carrier air conditioning.

Terrible. Recommended to me by Mitsubishi as an authorised technician. Contacted Vinay about my ducted air con, he was here for 5 mins said he couldn't help and he doesn't install ducted so couldn't even give me a quote for a new system. And charged me $110 for absolutely nothing. Now I have to get another electrian out.

Vinay just wanted to thank you for your prompt professional service and advice. We had a leak and after three people came out to diagnose the problem with no answer to why it was leaking Vinay to the rescue. Not only solved it but came out the same day. Superstar A+++

Vinay was able to assist just a few days after I called, and sorted out the problem with my AC within minutes. Great service and great guy. Would definitely recommend.
